Is Arthur Blank, the owner of the Atlanta Falcons a Racist?

In this clip below, which was taken last night, he comments that Michael Vick is not going to be the same player when he gets out of jail because of all the "fried chicken"...



Was he being a racist? I don't think it was intended as a racial slur... but it appears that quite a few people think it was.

Not a good choice of words considering the circumstances. What was he thinking!
